The hotel offers very cozy and clean rooms that are spacious enough to accommodate a family of five, although there were some flies and bugs due to rain. The service is remarkable with a friendly and professional staff. The location is perfect for breakfast, but it is situated at the outskirts of the town. The dining experience had limited selection for breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor issues.
The BISTRO RESTAURANT hotel offers clean and spacious rooms at an affordable rate, but with some presence of flies. The service provided by the staff, especially Sheraz and Shahrukh, was remarkable and helpful. The location is outstanding and relaxing, although lacking suitable table tennis facilities. The dining experience had tasteless food and an issue with flies. Overall, a budget-friendly option with mixed experiences.
During my stay at the hotel, the rooms were clean and comfortable, but they were not up to 5-star standard due to the Holiday Season aura. The service was excellent, with helpful and courteous staff. The location, although in a dreamworld resort setting, was at the outskirts of the town. The dining experience was good, but could have been improved with more variety. The facilities provided were satisfactory, giving a value for money feel.
The hotel is situated on the outskirts of town, offering a fine location for a getaway with family and friends. The facilities are excellent, especially the in-house restaurants we tried. However, the rooms are plagued with mosquito infestations and flies, deserving a 3-star rating, particularly for the National Conference ARC participants.
